Material Coordinator Oil & Gas

Experience: 8+ Years
Industry: Oil & Gas – Mandatory
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Location: Dahej, Jamnagar

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate material requirements, procurement, delivery, and site availability.
• Track material orders, dispatches, receipts, and shortages.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and project teams.
• Maintain material tracking sheets, inventory records, and status reports.
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per project schedules.
• Coordinate material inspection, documentation, storage, and preservation.
• Monitor critical and long-lead materials and follow up with suppliers.
• Support material reconciliation and project documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects is mandatory.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG/LPG, Pipeline, or Offshore/Onshore projects preferred.
• Good coordination, follow-up, documentation, and MS Excel skills.
• Candidates from non-Oil & Gas industries will not be considered.
