About the role

PT DyKa Konsultama is recruiting a Material Control Staff member for our client. This role will coordinate material requests, monitor deliveries, and support material availability to ensure smooth project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Material Request (MR) drafts based on requests from the project team.
• Coordinate with PCE and DCE teams to ensure project configurations are published on time.
• Monitor Delivery Note (DN) release through to Material on Site (MOS).
• Monitor and follow up on site sign-off and site verification.
• Track and support the achievement of KPIs, including OTD1, site sign-off, site verification, MOS timeliness, and MOS accuracy.
• Ensure installation equipment and materials are available to support project delivery.
• Coordinate closely with internal supply chain teams on warehousing, local delivery, reverse logistics, HTM, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Identify material delivery issues and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant teams.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Relevant working experience in supply chain, material management, or project management, with a maximum of 3 years of experience.
• Good spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong data processing and analytical skills.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems effectively.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Determined, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Able to work under pressure and available for business travel and overtime when required.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia.
