Job Descriptions:

• Inventory Optimization: Plan and control inventory levels (Materials & Finished Goods) to ensure balance and prevent shortages or overstock (Dead Stock).
• Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate between Purchasing, Production Planning, and Logistics departments to ensure 100% smooth production and delivery processes.
• Supplier & P/O Management: Oversee Purchase Order (P/O) issuance and track delivery schedules from suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
• Data Analysis & Improvement: Analyze production and warehouse data to identify bottlenecks and propose cost control strategies and efficiency enhancements.
• Quality & Compliance: Control operations according to Quality Management Systems (QMS), manage audits, and prepare Work Instructions to ensure excellence in operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–5 years of experience in Material Control, Warehouse, or Supply Chain (Position level will be considered based on experience).
• Technical Skills:
• Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) and FIFO warehouse management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas and data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Language: Good command of English (ability to communicate and prepare basic reports).
