Material Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Execute material planning activities based on demand forecasts, MRP outputs, and production requirements to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), monitor order fulfillment, and drive suppliers to meet committed delivery schedules.
• Proactively identify and mitigate material supply risks, including shortages, delivery delays, and capacity constraints, to support production and customer delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure material readiness and resolve material shortages/quality issues.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock health through effective control of safety stock, excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory, and inventory turnover.
• Lead material shortage management and escalation processes, ensuring timely recovery actions and risk communication.
• Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs, including material availability, supplier on-time delivery (OTD), inventory turns, and shortage performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, inventory utilization, and operational execution.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

• 3+ years in material planning/procurement, with MRP system and purchasing process expertise.

Skills

• Strong understanding of material requirements planning logic and calculations.
• Proficient in ERP systems, data analysis, and inventory optimization.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
