MATERIAL CONTROLLER STAFF

A person in charge of the Warehouse, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient flow, handling, storage, and control of materials, goods, and related information within the organization. Ensure that warehouse operations are conducted accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining proper inventory records and supporting the timely movement of goods.

What you'll be doing

1. Ensure that materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and protected from damage or deterioration.
2. Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, and others inventory.
3. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of materials to prevent shortages or overstocking.
4. Ensure proper issuance of materials based on approved requests and authorized documents.
5. Prepare inventory reports, material movement reports, stock status reports, and other required documentation.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Experience in materials control, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related position is an advantage.
3. Knowledge of inventory control procedures and material-handling practices.
4. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholder.
6. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
7. A proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
