Key Responsibilities
- Track stock; forecast demand; raise requisitions
- Maintain ERP/WMS: receipts, issues, transfers, reconciliations
- Coordinate receiving; inspect deliveries; log discrepancies
- Record non-conformances; support follow-up
- Upload delivery docs and test reports
- Liaise with procurement, teams and suppliers
- Plan site dispatches; ensure correct packing; update stakeholders
- Support site needs with packing lists and inspections
- Handle returns, surplus and scrap; keep audit-ready records
- Support continuous improvement
- Follow health, safety and environmental practices
