Job Description:

Parsons Corporation is searching for a motivated and innovative Material Coordinator/Logistics Specialist to join our growing organization.

The responsibilities include coordinating tracking, integration, storage, shipment, and fielding of a global network of tactical systems.  Outstanding team members at BlackHorse are self-starters with an insatiable curiosity, superb work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills.  The ideal candidate would have experience managing hundreds of hardware components throughout their lifecycle and ensuring success in a complex, dynamic system of systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintains a procurement tracking system for all hardware to manage components from cradle to grave.

• Works with internal and external stakeholders to obtain procurement approvals and procure hardware.

• Tracks systems integration and provides capability updates to stakeholders.

• Maintains and manages system spares, as well as test and training systems.

• Maintains positive control of all hardware and tools.

• Creates tailored inventory reports.

• Ensure all electro-static sensitive devices are stored with proper protection.

• Manages warehouses and storerooms.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 2 years’ relevant experience in logistics and inventory control

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Outstanding communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to bend and lift 20 pounds and climb to work platforms over 10 feet in height

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

• Knowledge or interest in radio frequency and antenna design

• Knowledge or interest in SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, Digital Signals Processing, Intelligence Community communication networks, RF fundamentals, tactical hardware, and algorithm development
