该职位来源于猎聘 About This Team Responsible for full-cycle fabric & accessory development, control material quality risks from early design stage, coordinate with suppliers, factory, design and QA teams to meet brand standards, cost and delivery schedule.
How You Contribute
- Material Sourcing & Development
- Source and develop new fabrics per seasonal design brief; test performance, handfeel, color fastness, sustainability compliance.
- Lead fabric pool, lab dip, strike-off and sample confirmation; track handover of technical specs between design and factory.
- Pre-production Risk Control
- Identify material quality risks at development phase (color migration, shrinkage, abrasion, waterproof function etc.); issue improvement requests to suppliers.
