What they need
- Review and Approve materials submittals, technical data sheets and samples from contractors.
- Verify compliance of materials with project specifications, internal standards (ASTM,AASHTO,PNS,ISO etc.) and client requirements.
- Supervise the quality work and quality work and witnessing the laboratory and field test during the construction of all materials.
- Maintain a record or logbook of daily activities ready for inspections anytime.
- Monitor contractor's materials procurement, storage, handling and installation procedures to ensure quality and traceability.
- Identify non-conforming materials, issue NCRs (Non-conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Taking care if QA/QC Documents such as lab tests results, certificates, inspection request, non-conformance report and site instructions
- Liaise with independent testing laboratories and verify test reports.
- Check/inspects quality standards for test inspection, and evaluation.
- Reporting to the Quality Manager for any concerns related to quality issue.
