Material Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records of inwards and outwards transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies in inventory management and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material availability, delivery schedules, and quality control.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out) methods for inventory management.
• Proficiency in GRN (Goods Received Note) processing and FG (Finished Goods) accounting.
