Material Flow Operator

Basic Summary of Position

The material flow operator has primary responsibility for pre and post purified material. This entails packaging of purified product, maintaining part specific packaging instruction, job check in, organizing job queue, maintaining packaging supplies and spare parts inventory.

Essential Functions:

• Package purified product in a clean room.
• Complete job transactions in MES.
• Maintain part specific packaging setting spread sheet.
• Maintain and organize inventory of clean room supplies.
• Read and record differential pressures in the clean room via analog gauges.
• Prep clean room between loads.
• Prepare custom packaging as required.
• Transfer completed jobs to shipping.
• Maintain purification queue list.
• Audit/inventory department spares inventory lists.
• Operate ultra-sonic cleaner as needed.
• Work and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to comply with Tokai Carbon GS standards of operations.
• Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Able to read and record analog gauges.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Able to operate hand jacks and obtain internal fork truck license.
• Able to accurately count pieces in a high mix production environment.
• Able to interpret part drawings to match up unlabeled parts with the proper job.
• Able to operate in clean room attire (gown, booties, hairnet, surgical mask, and gloves).

Compensation: Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to the candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $19.00-21.00 per hour.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
