Material Handler – 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with material handling, inventory, FIFO, pallet jacks, order pulling, kitting, and production material delivery.

This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable working in a structured warehouse environment, following established processes, accurately counting materials, and maintaining organized inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and verify materials and supplies from inventory based on production orders.
• Count and organize materials required for kitting.
• Deliver production materials and supplies to designated work areas.
• Stage finished products for final distribution.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory procedures.
• Learn and maintain accurate stock locations across 1st-floor and 2nd-floor warehouse areas.
• Operate pallet jacks safely to move materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment.
• Accurately record inventory movements and material information.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and established operating processes.
• Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and other team members.
• Follow company procedures and applicable FDA/regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handler, inventory, or production-support experience.
• Experience pulling and organizing materials or production orders.
• Ability to accurately count materials and maintain inventory records.
• Experience using a pallet jack or similar material-handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established processes.
• Clear handwriting and ability to complete basic written documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse locations and inventory procedures.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
