Duration: 12 months contract Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to support daily warehouse and material-handling operations in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for a combination of warehouse activities, inventory transactions, data entry, material movement, and cross-functional coordination.
• The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or material-handling experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with inventory and warehouse systems.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse and material-handling activities, including receiving, staging, organizing, and moving materials as required.
• Perform accurate data entry related to inventory, materials, shipments, and warehouse transactions.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management and ERP systems.
• Support inventory control activities, including inventory tracking, verification, and cycle counting.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities and coordinate material movement within the warehouse.
• Stage pallets, materials, parts, and other items in designated locations to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data management, reporting, and day-to-day communication.
• Utilize SAP or other ERP/WMS systems to support inventory and material transactions.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when performing data entry and inventory-related tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and team members.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Skillsets:

• Experience with SAP, ERP, or WMS systems.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.

Education:

• Technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
