What they need
- Issue and deliver materials to production lines according to the Production Work Order (WO) schedule.
- Ensure FIFO system is strictly followed for all materials.
- Prepare and kit materials for daily production.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, components, and consumables.
- Update systems with accurate material movements.
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in daily /monthly/quarterly inventory audits.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or potential stock-outs to Supervisor/Planner.
- Ensure all material records, labels, and traceability requirements.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly segregated storage areas
- Handle materials with proper documentation such as GRN, batch/lot tracking, and CoC.
- Follow company EHS, 5S, and safety procedures when handling materials, chemicals, or heavy loads.
- Operate pallet jacks, stackers, and forklifts (if licensed).
- Perform basic checks and preventive care on warehouse equipment.
