They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our manufacturing and distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

What You’ll Do We are looking for a full-time, entry-level production employee capable of working efficiently and maintaining high quality standards. Shift Schedule: Open to hiring for either shift listed below:

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30-3:00pm CDT
• AM Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30am-1:00pm and Friday 6:30-3:00pm CDT
• PM Shift: Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-11:00pm CDT
• Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hand and pneumatic tools
• Prep materials for finishing
• Palletize and band materials
• Sort, organize, and count materials by style and color
• Load and unload materials in production areas
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects
• Perform basic repairs on defective items
