Material Handler

Field teams lose time when equipment is hard to find, counts are wrong or a shipment reaches the wrong place. This Louisville operation needs a Material Handler who takes pride in sending every item out ready.

You will receive, organize and issue materials that support active sites and crews. The work is physical and practical, with clear procedures and a strong focus on safe handling.

Start with the right count

1. Receive deliveries and compare items with shipping documents.

2. Label, stage and store materials in assigned locations.

3. Pick and prepare orders for field teams using the approved list.

4. Record movements and report damaged, missing or mismatched items.

5. Keep aisles, loading areas and shared equipment orderly.

Safety is part of accuracy

You will follow lifting, equipment and site rules every shift. The hiring conversation will cover the actual physical tasks and whether powered equipment is used. Relevant certification is useful when it applies to the assigned work.

Experience that works here

Warehouse, construction supply, retail stockroom, moving or delivery experience can all transfer. We need dependable attendance, basic reading and counting skills, and the willingness to ask before moving an unfamiliar item.
