Material Handler

核心职责

• 物料供应与产线投料： 及时将原材料、零部件和包装物料送达生产线或工作单元，以防止产线停工。
• 装卸作业： 熟练、安全地使用叉车、手动/电动液压搬运车（地牛）或手推车，进行到货卡车的卸货及出货货物的装车。
• 库存控制： 对照装箱单核对到货流向、扫描条形码，并将物料移动信息录入工厂的 ERP 或仓库管理系统（WMS）。
• 存储与整理： 根据安全操作指引，将物料整齐地组织、堆放并储存至指定的仓库货架或暂存区。
• 废料与托盘管理： 及时清理生产车间的空托盘、废料和回收箱，以保持工作环境的干净整洁。
• 安全与维护： 对叉车或其他物料搬运设备进行每日安全检查，发现任何缺陷或故障须立即上报。

任职资格与要求

• SPM或以上学历。
• 工作经验： 具备工厂、制造厂或仓库环境的相关工作经验。
• 证书要求： 必须或优先持有有效的叉车驾驶证（特种设备作业人员证）。
• 身体条件： 能够搬运重物（通常可达 50 磅 / 23 公斤），能适应长时间站立以及在工厂（高温或冷库）环境下的作业。
• 专业技能： 具备基础的电脑操作能力以进行库存数据录入，工作细心，并严格遵守安全操作规程。

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Supply & Line Feeding: Deliver raw materials, parts, and packaging components to production lines or work cells timely to prevent downtime.
• Loading & Unloading: Unload incoming delivery trucks and load outgoing shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
• Inventory Control: Verify incoming shipments against packing slips, scan barcodes, and log material movements into the factory’s ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Storage & Organization: Organize, stack, and store materials in designated warehouse racks or staging areas according to safety guidelines.
• Waste & Pallet Management: Remove empty pallets, scrap materials, and recycling bins from the production floor to maintain a clean workspace.
• Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily safety inspections on forklifts or material handling equipment and report any defects immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• SPM or above.
• Experience: Previous experience working in a factory, manufacturing plant, or warehouse environment.
• Certifications: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA approved or local equivalent) is highly preferred or required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs / 23 kg), stand for long periods, and work in hot or cold factory environments.
• Skills: Basic computer literacy for inventory data entry, strong attention to detail, and a strict adherence to safety protocols.
