Material Handler

📍 Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday
⏰ Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shift

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,700 – RM1,900/month
• 2 hours automatic OT per shift

Shift Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 5 working days per week (Monday – Friday)
• 2-shift rotation system

Job Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, storing, picking, transferring and shipping of products.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for quantity, product type and damage.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately according to customer requirements.
• Store products in the correct warehouse locations and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, pallet truck and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Use RF devices for picking, receiving, put-away and loading activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical stock counts.
• Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse according to safety and security standards.
• Perform basic inspection and routine maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Support other warehouse activities and duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• SPM or equivalent.
• Warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift/reach truck experience is an advantage.
• Able to handle loading/unloading.
• Basic computer and inventory skills.
• Able to follow SOP and safety procedures.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
