Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Handler III to support warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material distribution activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Package products for shipment and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and electric lifts as needed; forklift experience is preferred.
• Manage inventory, labeling, storage allocation, scrap materials, and special project shipments.
• Coordinate return material authorization requests and support facility mechanics with site operations.
• Follow company safety procedures and scrap management policies.
• Complete required HazWOPER and RCRA training for gas and chemical receiving, as applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, shipping, or receiving.
• Manufacturing or assembly environment experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba procurement is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety procedures when using hand and power tools.
