Location: Houston, TX | Full-Time | $22.00–$25.00 per Hour

We are hiring reliable and motivated Material Handlers to join our growing warehouse and logistics team in Houston, TX. As a Material Handler, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, transporting, and distributing materials while ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient order fulfillment. Previous experience is beneficial but not required, as full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments, verifying materials against purchase orders.
• Move, store, and stage materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment where authorized.
• Support shipping and receiving, order picking, packing, and outbound distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory replenishment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, logistics, or inventory control is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn warehouse equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Bilingual English and Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
