Responsibilities
- Process outbound orders and arrange shipments through email and online booking platforms.
- Monitor and respond to emails, coordinate customer requests and follow up on shipments.
- Perform daily resource planning, permit declarations and prepare operational reports.
- Assist with inbound, inventory and warehouse operations when required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Support Kaizen, Lean, process improvement and ad-hoc projects.
- Handle multiple tasks and take on additional responsibilities as required.
