Material Handler - Screen Print Production

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Accurately count and organize items according to the client Purchase Order.
• Work with Shipping/Receiving Dept. to correct any issues associated with goods.
• Stage goods for upcoming orders on carts for Press Operators.
• Sort and stack garments by size and order requirements.
• Catch and handle printed garments; Inspect each garment for print quality and garment defects.
• Check that finished goods the Purchase Order (Quantity/Print Design)
• Goods are to be boxed in a neat order by size
• Invoice Slips need to be filled accurately and affixed to the Client Purchase Order
• Communicate print issues to the press operator immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist press cleanup as needed
• Assist with any tasks needed by Management at Sunny Hill Products

Experience

• Prior experience in screen printing or related manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of prepress processes, color management techniques, and graphic design principles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing print-ready artwork.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, CNC machines, or screen printing press is a plus.
• Understanding of quality control standards within a manufacturing or print advertising setting.
• Basic mechanical skills related to machining or equipment maintenance are beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
