Time Type: Full Time

• Daily scanning and uploading of PODs to the customer’s logistics system from the warehouse.
• Monthly submission of load utilization records for all four trucks to the Customer Logistics Team.
• Daily monitoring and updating of ad hoc truck collection requests via WhatsApp and email.
• Monthly submission of delivery drivers’ details and duty rosters to the Customer Logistics Team.
• Monitor daily ad hoc requests and coordinate with vendors to arrange deliveries and collections.
• Attend QBR meetings and prepare KPI charts.
• Prepare monthly KPI charts and reports.
• Update the customer personnel listing for new drivers and cargo handlers.
• Coordinate and apply for Vendor Safety Orientation (VSO) courses and photo badges.
• Coordinate ad hoc operational purchases related to transportation and operations.

Specific Accountabilities

• Ensure prompt coordination for day to day execution of delivery and collection.

• Response to Customer queries

• Manage weekday operation and provide weekend support if required.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good customer service skills
• Good MS Excel and PC knowledge

Experience and Qualification

• Independent and team player

• At least 2 years’ experience

• Diploma in Logistics
