About this vacancy

What you will do

• Achieve optimal inventory management
• Place call-off orders in consultation with the responsible Buyer
• Proactively follow up on orders via phone and email
• Ensure order confirmations, delivery dates, and other information are correctly entered into SAP
• Maintain master data in SAP
• Ensure a smooth material flow
• Manage inventory at external locations
• Conduct operational relationship management with suppliers
• Resolve incorrect deliveries or rejections
• Identify deviations in purchasing agreements
• Carry out actions in response to revision changes
• Contribute to the improvement of internal and external procurement and Material Management processes
• Report on the progress of material provisions

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in Material Management
• Knowledge of automated software and process control systems (MS Office, SAP, LMS)
• Good command of English and German, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of (inter)national quality systems such as ISO 9001
• Knowledge of corporate, safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality procedures and regulations (ISO)
