We are looking for a Material Management Engineer to coordinate the entire material management cycle, with a particular focus on procurement, repairs, and monitoring of logistical flows.

About this vacancy

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end process of procurement, movement, and repair of materials.
• Ensure the proper progress of activities according to the defined planning and contractual objectives.
• Ensure the updating and alignment of information within company ERP systems, monitoring the status of materials throughout the entire management cycle.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper management of the material flow and timely resolution of any critical issues.
• Monitor process performance indicators, analyzing data and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support coordination activities related to the movement of materials at both national and international levels.
• Contribute to the optimization of spare parts and repair management processes, ensuring compliance with company standards.

What we expect from you

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Up to 2 years of experience in industrial, logistics, or supply chain environments, including through curricular or extracurricular internships.
• Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• On-site presence required 5 days a week.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract and the gross annual salary (RAL) base offered will not be less than €30,000, in compliance with the provisions of the CCNL Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to proposing a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, respecting the current company policies.
