Material Planner Assistant

Job Summary

Assist with the creation of asset plans, budget, valuations and capital planning. Manage and monitor a company’s assets specifically for equipment, construction materials and company’s owned property such as gondola, racks and other modules.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% Inventory accuracy of all company assets.
• Ensure proper handling of receiving of assets delivered by the suppliers and transferred by the store.
• Ensure compliance and validity on releasing of items for the following transactions: Transfers, parts out and disposal/bidding.
• Conducted store visit to monitor the condition of assets.
• Strictly Implementation of access and control measures of the stock room.
• Ensure to have updated list of assets or the total inventory of assets: Non-Trade and ensure timely submission of monthly assets inventory report.
• Sorting of good and unserviceable ( bad ) items and seek next course of action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any other Business Course
• With at least 1 year work experience in related to asset management.
