Material Planner

Winterpine Marketing Corporation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Material Planner to join our Supply Chain team. Based in Doña Imelda, Quezon City, this full-time role is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials to support production, inventory, and customer requirements while maintaining optimal stock levels.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and monitor material requirements based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Track purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Prepare material planning reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist in resolving supply chain issues and support continuous process improvements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or supply chain within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is required.
• Strong understanding of material planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes in an FMCG environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
