MATERIAL PLANNER / วางแผนการสั่งซื้อ

We are looking for a Material Planner who is passionate about planning, data analysis, and supply chain optimization to ensure the right materials are available at the right time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and manage material purchasing requirements according to production plans and demand.
• Calculate material requirements and ensure sufficient materials to support production schedules.
• Create and monitor Purchase Requisitions (PR) and follow up material delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure on-time material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving inventory.
• Analyze material usage, inventory, demand, and purchasing data to support planning decisions.
• Utilize SAP for material planning, inventory monitoring, and related transactions.
• Prepare and analyze planning reports using Microsoft Excel, PivotTable, and advanced formulas.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor material planning KPIs and performance.
• Identify planning issues and drive continuous improvement to improve material availability and inventory efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in Material Planning, Purchasing Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Inventory Planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management.
• SAP experience is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, especially PivotTable, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard/report development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
