  • You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and building effective working relationships.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English.
  • You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently while taking ownership of your responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan and schedule raw materials, assemblies, and components according to production and spare parts requirements.
  • Identify demand changes and potential supply bottlenecks at an early stage and initiate appropriate countermeasures in close coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Production, Assembly, and Logistics.
  • Participate in global supplier management activities and support effective collaboration with relevant suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Review and maintain relevant master data, including Business Partners, AAU, responsibilities, Glasswing changes, and material master data.
  • Support new product launches and series production about capacity planning, supply assurance, data quality, and process flow.
  • Monitor and process incoming external purchase orders.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant reports and analyses to support supply chain transparency, material availability, and informed decision-making.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to ensure reliable material flows and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
