As a Material Planner, you are a key link between Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain. You ensure the right materials are available at the right time, support reliable customer deliveries, and help maintain healthy inventory levels while optimizing working capital.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability for production, customer orders, and intercompany supply.
• Plan and manage material requirements, inventory levels, and production demand.
• Create, monitor, and adjust purchasing and production plans based on forecasts and business requirements.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery schedules.
• Identify supply risks, material shortages, and production bottlenecks, and proactively drive corrective actions.
• Monitor and optimize inventory, safety stock levels, lead times, and planning parameters.
• Maintain high-quality master data and planning data within ERP systems.
• Support supplier complaint management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Production Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in material planning, production planning, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive working style.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
