Material Planner Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute material procurement based on sales orders, lead time and safety stocks.

• Plan and monitor production status by using tracking tools.

• Generate the job order for production run.

• Maintain ERP setup and update the system when need arises.

• Generate inventory report, production report and delivery report on regular basis.

• Coordinate with production on any stock / inventory count activities.

• Assist and support departmental purchase on indirect material by issuing PR and follow up till the receiving of items.

• Coordinate with production on any stock/inventory count activities.

• Perform any other pertinent responsibility that may be assigned occasionally as required by Top Management or immediate superior.

• Assign the part number for the new product, sub-assembly, component, and raw material.

• Update the BOM based on the revised figures from production

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

Experience:

• Practical application on ERP system.
• Planning and scheduling a mass production manufacturing facility.
• Material and inventory management
• Capacity planning, procurement and costing fundamental.

Skills:

• Skills in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Fast learning and able to work independently.
• Good follow-up and strong tracking skill.
• Strong adaptability in new environment.
• Good interpersonal skill, and collaboration skill as a good team player
