Material Planner - Input Planning (Electronics MFG/East Area)

• Plan and schedule production inputs to meet manufacturing requirements and delivery timelines.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with purchasing, production and warehouse teams.
• Review production plans, inventory levels and material requirements to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Track material movements and update planning systems to ensure accurate records.
• Identify potential material shortages or production delays and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Prepare planning reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, material planning or inventory control is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
