Position Summary:

The Materials Planner Scheduler for DE-STA-CO is responsible for facilitating the on time scheduling of finished product. He/she will plan and schedule to insure efficient work flow with basic to complex assigned production areas (no of process, part, product line, volume of schedule). He/she will coordinate and oversee the production requirements, establish and maintain appropriate inventory levels. He/she is responsible to manage supply chain for assigned production areas. 3PL & Transportation management to meet KPIs. He/she will monitor and report on key metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts. He / She will response to manage and control inventory along supply chain from Supply bases to Delivery from Facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• A Material Planner Scheduler is responsible for managing the flow of raw materials, parts, and finished goods to ensure production schedules are met without interruption

• Material Requirement Planning (MRP), using Oracle ERP/MRP to calculate required material quantities and timing based on demand and forecasts

• Production Scheduling, creating detailed weekly production schedules based on resource availability. Understand customer needs and propose solutions based on Destaco portfolio

• Inventory Management, monitoring stock levels to maintain optional "Safety Stock" and performing safety stock monitoring to ensure demand/supply alignment develop and maintain account plans for Key Global & Local customers and maintain regular interaction with key stakeholders

• Supplier Coordination, placing purchase orders, tracking delivery timelines, and expediting orders when material shortages are detected.

• Issue Resolution, identifying bottlenecks or shortages and collaborating with procurement and production teams to find alternative solutions.

Job Requirements & Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field required
• Experience in Supply Chain at least 7 years’
• Have the experience to handle in Procurement, Production Planning and Inventory Control
• Working knowledge of Kanban, material planning and inventory control in manufacturing
• Extensive experience in collaborating with leaders and leading teams of 5-10 peoples min.

• Good command in English Both written and spoken.
• TOEIC SCORE 700
