Material Planning

• Develop annual and monthly raw material plans and budgets based on production requirements.
• Review supplier quotations based on BOM details and process PR/PO issuance.
• Follow up with suppliers on material preparation, delivery schedules, and potential supply risks.
• Coordinate import, customs clearance, and required shipping documentation.
• Verify invoices, packing lists, B/L, quantities, and prices against POs.
• Coordinate with IQC and Warehouse for incoming inspection, material receiving, and supplier issue resolution.
• Follow up on supplier payments and regularly monitor inventory to prevent material shortages.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
2. Male or female, aged 35 years or below.
3. More than 3 years related work experience
4. proficient in order management, master planning work experience is preferred
5. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
6. Experience with ERP, SAP, or other related systems will be an advantage.
7. Good command in English
