Material Planning Intern

Tasks involve managing the administration and day-to-day logistics, evaluating different transport options, analyzing the optimal number of trucks / containers needed to transport product shipments based on the required schedule, and reviewing and improving processes and procedures relating to product distribution, cargo composition and storage. Transport Manage on a day-to-day basis the transportation of goods and supplies, using existing procedures; review procedures and recommend improvements to ensure on-time delivery of goods and supplies. Incoming Goods Manage on a day-to-day basis the delivery of a broad range of warehouse and store tasks, using and reviewing existing procedures to recommend improvements to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded appropriately. Outgoing Goods Cultivate an understanding of packaging needs and develop ideas for prototypes to support the packaging process. Sourcing Collect and analyze the key cost drivers, market dynamics and issues, areas of innovation, and alternative suppliers for a low-risk area with many alternatives and minimum costs to change, in consultation with relevant functions to provide solid market information for decision-making. Information and Business Advice Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy. Document Preparation Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports. Inventory Manage inventory for a major site or large factory, following existing procedures to identify any issues and solve problems. Inventory Control Carry out a range of inventory-control activities either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role. Supply Chain Management Carry out a range of supplier management activities either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role. Supply Planning Execute, in a supply chain of low complexity, planning activities within a defined framework/system that mainly affect own organization/unit. Data Management Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice. Document Management Create a company-wide document management system and ensure compliance with it. 监控并统筹产品运输与分销工作，在满足业务需求的同时，最大限度提升运营效率、降低相关成本。具体职责包括：日常物流及行政事务管理；评估各类运输方案；基于既定交付计划，分析确定运输货物所需的最优车辆/集装箱数量；持续审视并优化与产品分销、货物配载及仓储管理相关的流程与操作规范。 运输管理 依据现行操作规程，开展日常物资与供应品的运输管理工作；定期审查运输流程，并提出改进建议，以确保物资与供应品准时交付。 到货管理 依据现行操作规程，统筹执行仓库及门店范围内的各类到货相关任务；通过持续评估现有流程，提出优化建议，确保所有到货物资与供应品均得到合规存储与准确记录。 出货管理 深入理解包装需求，开展包装方案可行性研究，并设计原型方案，以支持包装流程的标准化与高效化。 采购寻源 在低风险、可选供应商众多且切换成本最低的品类领域，协同相关部门，系统收集并分析关键成本驱动因素、市场动态与挑战、创新机会以及替代供应商信息，为采购决策提供坚实可靠的市场情报支持。 信息与业务咨询 面向内部或外部客户及供应商，就复杂业务流程及相关政策提供专业解答；对需政策解读的事项，及时转交至相应职能部门处理。 文件编制 熟练运用各类办公软件及其他技术设备应用工具，组织并编制结构复杂、内容专业的文档；同时负责专项报告所需数据的采集与汇总分析工作。 库存管理 遵照既定操作规程，负责大型厂区或大型工厂的库存管理工作，及时识别潜在问题并推动有效解决。 库存控制 独立或协同开展各项库存控制活动，以支持团队协作或履行岗位核心职责。 供应链管理 独立或协同开展各项供应商管理工作，以支持团队协作或履行岗位核心职责。 供应计划 在结构相对简单的供应链体系内，依据既定框架或系统，执行主要影响本部门/本单位的供应计划相关工作。 数据管理 为相关人员提供数据管理系统的使用支持与专业指导，助力其充分发挥系统效能。 文档管理 牵头构建覆盖全公司的统一文档管理体系，并监督落实体系各项要求，确保合规运行。
