What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control raw material requirements to support production schedules
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams
- Analyze material requirements based on forecast and production plans
- Prepare inventory and material usage reports
- Follow up on supplier delivery schedules
- Resolve material shortages and delivery delays
- Improve planning processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in Material Planning or Production Planning
- Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure
