Planning
- Review the required qty from Shipment Request
- Manage and control the inventory at optimum level
- Shipment Request Responsiveness
- Check inventory transaction of Issuing & Receiving (if there is any problem)
Purchase Requisition
- Create PR in ERP system base on SO or Safety Stock as agreed At stock of Slit Material & Weaving Stock
Issue TECN/ECN if there is required
Follow up
- Review and check inventory to meet safety stock
- Check PR/PO Alert report and feedback to Purchasing officer
