Material Planning Supervisor

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary岗位概述 The purpose of this position is to support Material Planning Supervisor or Manager to manage and execute material planning & purchasing of raw/package materials in SH/SZ plant. To be responsible for material requirement plan and delivery plan on monthly & weekly basis in SKU level. Meanwhile, manage purchasing activities, material inventory controlling and supplier delivery performance evaluation. 该职位的主要工作目标是支持物料计划主管或经理管理和执行原料、包材的物料计划和采购工作。负责制定每月及每周物料需求计划和送货计划，并管理所负责物料的采购订单的执行，物料库存的控制以及供应商送货情况的评估。 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责：

• Work our material requirement plan in SAP based on rolling production plan. 根据生产滚动计划，在SAP系统中制定物料计划。
• Work out monthly & weekly material requirement plan and delivery plan in SKU level to meet production requirement and monitor actual delivery performance. 根据生产需求制定每月和每周的物料需求计划和送货计划，并监督供应商送货状况。
• Control package material inventory at a reasonable level based on material planning strategy in areas of safety stock, lead-time etc. Implement actions to control inventory of slow-moving materials so as to minimize total write-off cost. 按照不同交货期、安全库存等所制定的物料计划策略，将物料库存控制在合理水平。定期审核呆滞库存并采取相应措施实现报废成本最小化。
• Evaluate supplier service performance and review related management reports of supplier, a) Make monthly performance report of delivery, logistics, quality etc. b) Monthly feedback supplier performance issue to sourcing team and work together with souring team to set up action plans for corrections and continuous improvement. 评估供应商的服务水平并核查供应商的相关管理报表， a) 完成供应商绩效报告（送货、物流、质量等）。 b) 每月向采购团队反馈月度供应商绩效问题，并共同制定相应的纠正计划和持续改进计划。
• Execute KPI performance of material planning. 执行物料计划团队的各项KPI指标。
• Settle supplier quality problems and delivery issue in operation process to improve the material availability and delivery stability. 及时处理日常运作中供应商的质量问题和供应问题并及时反馈给相关团队。
• Responsible for full-process packaging version switching adapting to FMCG fast iteration, eliminate material waste and production risks to ensure error-free version upgrade. 适配快消产品高频迭代、包装频繁更新特性，全权统筹新旧包装物料切换全流程，规避物料浪费与生产异常，保障版本切换无差错进行。
• Develop BI reports and visual dashboards for material management, promote full digital operation, and realize data-driven cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 负责物料模块BI数据报表、可视化看板的开发搭建，推动业务全流程数字化作业，以数据驱动物料管理降本提效、精细化管控
• Finish other reports and documentations. 完成其他报告和文件管理工作。 职位要求： Skills & Knowledge 岗位知识与技能：
