Material Production Technician

Job Description Summary :

The Material Production Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of machinery and infrastructure across both mechanical and electrical functions. This role ensures all operational equipment functions properly according to its allocation, maintaining high machine efficiency, productivity, and minimal downtime.

Job Description :

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery and operational infrastructure.
• Repair and troubleshoot machinery or equipment that is not working properly.
• Maintain overall machine efficiency and productivity to optimize production output.
• Prevent machine downtime through proactive inspection and timely maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems and PLC-based control systems.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and other industrial devices.
• Develop and maintain IoT-based monitoring solutions for production systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Support machine commissioning, testing, and system optimization.
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and operating procedures.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technician or maintenance engineer in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, machinery repair, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-based control systems and industrial automation systems.
• Placement in Sentul, Bogor
