What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SQE/Material Quality, preferably in EMS/PCBA electronics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of SMT, DIP, PCBA assembly, electronic components, and incoming material quality control.
- Proficient in 7 QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality management systems.
- Experienced in supplier quality management, supplier audits, and quality improvement.
- Able to analyze supplier quality issues and drive corrective actions independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of Mandarin or English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in FLEX, Jabil, PEGATRON, or other major EMS companies will be an advantage.
