Material Research Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate development activities with other functional units such as procurement, factory, sale, supplier or styling design function.
• Develop engineering specifications or cost estimates for automotive design concept
• Development of Organic Material in Automotive products, Especially for Resin/Seat Fabric/ Leather/ Rubber
• Design/Conduct tests on raw materials or finished products in order to ensure their quality.
• Plan and feasibility study for the purpose of new developed material and manufacturing processes that minimized cost and meet material specification.
• Failure analysis parts or materials for determine causes of problems and find best countermeasure.
• Investigate new product plans and make recommendations for material selection based on design objectives, such as strength, heat resistance, and cost.

Qualifications:

• 2 Years experience in material research

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Material Engineer or related Engineer Field

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Well self-planning and organization skills.

• Good command of spoken and written in English (TOEIC 550 up) or equivalent.

• Japanese skill would be an advantage.
