- Documentation & Reporting – Accurately record field data, testing results, and observations in compliance with quality control standards and Inline’s ISO 9001 Quality Program.
- Continuous Learning – Take initiative to develop your technical skills and understanding of materials testing processes through on-the-job training and mentorship.
What We’re Looking For
- Education – Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Civil Engineering Technology or related program.
- Safety Certifications – CSTS 2020, CSO, and WHMIS 2015 certifications (Inline will assist in obtaining if required).
- Technical Skills – Basic understanding of construction materials testing procedures, equipment handling, and data recording.

- Attention to Detail – Organized and accurate in documenting test results and maintaining quality records.
- Physical Readiness – Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract required.
- Willingness to Travel – Availability to travel to project sites across Canada for either local or FIFO assignments.
Work Options
