Materials Coordinator / Handler

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator / Handler for temporary 10-12 week project at a manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio. Your hard-working and proactive approach will ensure a smooth project including operations, accurate inventory control, and safe handling of equipment and materials.

First shift: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Hiring 2 coordinators)

Second shift: 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Hiring 1 coordinator)

Responsibilities

• Assembling and restocking shelving
• Organizing parts and equipment
• Scanning equipment documentation into the plant database
• Collaborate with onsite work site supervisors to ensure proper execute project and and implement safety procedures consistently.

Experience

• Proven experience using hand and light power tools to assemble shelving units.
• Strong organizational skills in tool crib manufacturing environment organizing parts and equipment for access by others.
• Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Knowledge of tool crib operations best practices with a strong emphasis on safety protocol adherence.
• Basic math skills for order verification and inventory calculations are essential for success in this role.
• Two to five years of computer and software skills to scan documentation into database.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
