Key Responsibilities

·       Reverse Logistics Processing

·       Working with a small team and sales analysis dept. to manage customer accounts

·       Learning Gang Downloading, Epicor 9/ SAP, Turbo, communications & Microsoft Office.

·       Unpacking Customer Returns

·       Receiving Customer Returns

·       Downloading Customer Returns

·       Assist in resolving day-to-day product and order difficulties encountered in regular operations.

·       Perform other tasks assigned and help other departments as needed.

Required Qualifications

·       High school diploma/GED.

·       1+ year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment

·       The ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, stop-and-go manufacturing environment.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.

·       Alert, dependable, and safety-focused.

·       Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments.

·       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·       Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions in support of a process-oriented operation.

Pay Range

The hourly rate for this position is between $15 - $30per hour.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
