Materials Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead material selection for piping, equipment and process services.
• Develop material specifications and material-selection philosophies.
• Prepare and review piping material classes and specifications.
• Review MTOs and material requisitions.
• Perform technical evaluation of supplier offers.
• Review material certificates and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate corrosion, metallurgy and material compatibility requirements.
• Support Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC and Construction teams.
• Resolve material substitutions and technical deviations.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials or Metallurgical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant material engineering experience.
• Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or EPCC experience required.
• Strong knowledge of piping/material specifications and international standards.
• Good understanding of metallurgy, corrosion and material compatibility.
• Experience with vendor technical bid evaluation preferred.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
