What they need
- Receives, stores, and releases supplies from the stockroom and updates inventory records in the ERP system.
- Checks and organizes inventory documents to make sure they are complete before sending them to the Accounts Payable team.
- Assists in preparing inventory reports and reviewing inventory data.
- Conducts and manages inventory counts, including checking and reconciling actual stocks with system records.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned
