Materials Management Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION LEVEL

• College Graduate or Bachelor's Degree

LICENSES

• Certification in Supply Chain Management

FIELD OF EXPERTISE

• Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• 7 years minimum experience in warehouse operations, inventory planning and control and supply chain management, including 3 years of solid supervisory experience in warehousing.

SKILLS

• Ability to implement operational policies and procedures;
• Ability to implement and oversee warehouse security operations;
• Broad knowledge in the organizational and operational procedures of warehouse functions;
• Extensive knowledge of the warehouse management standard practices;
• Ability to motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry-out warehousing tasks;
• Ability to determine warehouse space requirements;
• Ability to monitor and evaluate problems and organizational performance in order to assess work efficiency and effectiveness;
• Above average strategic planning skills;
• Proficiency in computer systems, including inventory and SAP systems

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Construction industry is preferred
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Team player and cooperative
• Fast learner and trainable
• Hardworking and result-oriented
• Safety-oriented
• Physically fit; must be able to lift 50+ lbs
• Must have a valid Philippine driver’s license
• Preferably with NC II certification in forklift operation
