Experience: 4 years in planning, purchasing or production control (electronic industry) and Inventory ControlExperience managing manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency measurementsKnowledge:-Oracle-Kinaxis and APS-Excel (Macros)-APICS (Desirable)-English 90%Skills / Capabilities:-Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels-Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures-Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities Activities / Responsibilities :-Create a rolling 3-month Master Production Plan for designated products considering capacity and sales forecast.-Perform supply demand analysis, what if analysis and propose delivery commitments-Insure coordination with plant schedulers to execute Production Plan on a weekly and monthly basis monitoring actual output-Support the S&OP process meetings and provide accurate production projections to calculate resources
