Materials Planner

We are seeking a dedicated Materials Planner to ensure efficient and timely flow of materials to satisfy customer requirements and project milestones while optimizing inventory levels and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• Preferred background: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related technical discipline.
• Valued training: Lean Logistics, international trade, or inventory control certifications.
• 1+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or production control is preferred. Demonstrated competence through relevant internships, project work, or equivalent practical experience will satisfy expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end material planning and supply chain processes from demand forecasting through delivery.
• Analyze customer demand and production schedules to determine material requirements.
• Establish, monitor, and adjust stock strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate short- and medium-term planning with manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics teams to proactively identify and mitigate supply bottlenecks.
• Track and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support national and international transport arrangements in coordination with internal logistics resources.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize material planning workflows and system data accuracy.
