Materials Planning Manager

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

 Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS) based on customer forecasts, orders, and capacity constraints. Ensure optimal line loading, sequencing, and resource utilization across SMT, assembly, and test processes. Monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules proactively to mitigate risks. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure feasible and efficient execution plans.

2. Material Planning & Inventory Management

 Lead material requirement planning (MRP) to ensure component availability aligned with production schedules.

Manage inventory levels (RM/WIP/FG) to achieve inventory turns and working capital targets.

Monitor and resolve material shortages, excess, and obsolescence (E&O) risks.

Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely inbound delivery.

3. Demand & Forecast Management

 Collaborate with customers and commercial teams to validate forecast accuracy and demand changes.

Analyze demand variability and adjust planning parameters accordingly.

Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or demand review processes (if applicable).

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in any fields and a Supply Chain discipline preferred

• Excellent command of English language

• 8 years minimum experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)

• Self-directed with strong materials management leadership

• Experience leading multifunctional teams is a plus

• Deep understanding of materials management and MRP

• Background supporting a medical organization is a plus
